Lorenza Hosten
has worked in the field of education as a mainstream class teacher for the 8-13 middle school years and as a Saturday school teacher in east London. Presently Lorenza works as a residential care home manager for Metropolitan Support Trust, supporting the emotional, social and physical needs of physically disabled adults and those with profound learning difficulties.
Lorenza's desire for Potential is for its work, commitment and passion to make a genuine difference to young lives. "Vulnerable people need to feel redeemed by the support, encouragement, trust and sincerity received from Potential workers and their network, in ways that make meaningful life changes".
Lorenza views the challenge for us all, as being able to create a sense of self-worth and valued existence in young people so that they can embrace self-respect, assured confidence, intrinsic purpose and value for others whilst they aspire to high personal goals within their communities.
