is a CIPD qualified training professional. She is a project manager, certified coach, mentor and NLP practitioner. Paula has 15 years people development, course design and delivery experience.
She believes that everyone has a time of need and that a large number of our young people's time is now. Today's high definition, surround sound, high speed lifestyle makes it difficult for some to find a focus that will enable them to progress. Young people need belief, encouragement, support and motivation to explore and find the road to their best future - these things are lacking in many young lives today.
Paula believes that coaching and mentoring are two powerful methods that can be used to help them to define, take steps toward and achieve their goals.
Question: If you KNEW you could have whatever or be whoever you want - that's anything or anyone at all - just by taking a solitary, barefoot walk from Lands End to John O’Groats, would you do the walk? Of course not everyone would, but mentoring is one of the methods Potential uses to help young people decide if they have the desire to do the walk or not.
